The foil separator designed and manufactured by North China Heavy Machinery is used to accurately cut the aluminium foil in longitudinal direction and wind the cut several foils neatly into coil at desired tension.
The entry guide roll uses crowned roll and the roll surface can stretch the foil. The cutting mechanism has two types, razor type and thin blade circular cutter type for cutting the foil edge and separating the foil. The scrap suction device consisting of suction pipe and fan is used to suck and crush the scraps. The broken foil is welded by the ultrasonic welder. The top and bottom recoilers have one ironing roll for each which are driven by low pressure hydraulic cylinders with stably operating. The winding accuracy can be increased by slightly by adjusting the oil pressure of single side.
The line can be controlled by program and automatically measure the length and coil diameter according to the uncoiler set tension, recoiler tension gradient and line speed. The line can automatically stop according to the set length and coil diameter.
