Tension Leveler

The tension leveler manufactured by North China Heavy Machinery adopts pure stretching way of over ten rollers and several roller groups and focuses on PS plate and decoration material products. The tension leveler is used to remove the flatness defects such as wave and increase the product quality and stretchiing the strip so as to improve and increase the product quality and mechanical property. This line can be equipped with the water cleaning unit or oil cleaning unit according to the customer's requirements.

The edge trimmer cuts the edge of the entry strip on-line which has high manufacture precision to ensure the quality of hte trimmed edge.

Each bridle roll is separately driven by DC motor with reasonable power distribution establishing the constant ernsion increasing system. The press roll before the recoiler can effectively stretch the strip before recoiling to greatly increase the winding quality of the finished strip.

The bending leveling unit researched and developed by North China Heavy Machinery will be equipped on line when the thickness is over 0.5 mm， which obtains customers' recognition by unique design idea and good performance.
