In order to improve production efficiency of cold rolling mill, NCHM designed and manufactured aluminium strip edge trimmer and recoiler relying on science and technology innovation, which is used to edge cut the off-line aluminium and its alloy’s strip that has been rolled for several passes. The disk edge trimmer of the equipment can adjust lateral clearance, overlap quantity and opening degree automatically, and scrap edge are smashed by low noise drum. Line adopts motor drive and has the characteristics of short line length, high accuracy and convenient maintenance.
