Aluminium Foil Doubler

Aluminium foil doubler is used to produce standard entry foils for finishing mills, which double unwinds the 2 x (0.01-0.08) mm thick aluminium and its alloy’s foils with double oil spraying, edge trim and then accurately double rewind the foils according to setting tension.

Unwind tension set, line speed set, ironing roll pressure set and double oil quantity set are on main control panel, which also displays line working state, parameter setting and failure alarming etc. According to setting parameter, equipment can realize fixed length, fixed coil diameter and automatic stopping. Aluminium foil doubler is of good manufacture accuracy, fast speed and high production efficiency.
